01 POSITIONING  →  CAMPAIGN  →  EXECUTION

Get the positioning right. Then run it everywhere.

Throughline reads your calls, your CRM, and your market, then hands you a board-grade positioning diagnosis. Its agent team turns that into the campaigns that prove it: outbound, landing pages, and nurture all personalized 1:1 to every buyer, and a sales team drilled on the same story. You approve every word.

THE THROUGHLINE

Most tools start at the copy. We start at the diagnosis.

01
Positioning · the diagnosis

Your evidence goes in. A positioning brief comes out.

Call transcripts, closed-lost reasons, CRM history, and market signal, synthesized into a win/loss diagnosis, the forces pushing and stalling every deal, and the exact language your buyers use.

The diagnosis is the product. The copy is downstream of it.
02
Campaign · the plan

The brief becomes the campaign spine.

Every message ties back to the buying signal that triggers it. Not a content calendar, not vibes. One strategy, and every asset traces to the brief field that justifies it.

Tie message to signal. Put effort where the pipeline actually is.
03
Execution · the proof

Ten agents ship it. Sales runs it. AI search proves it.

The whole campaign rendered 1:1 per contact: outbound, landing pages, and nurture. Long-form, social, microapps, whole sites. Battlecards and practice calls for the sales team. Then the GEO engine measures whether AI engines cite you, and feeds the gaps back in. You approve everything.

Receipts, not vibes. Lift re-measured three weeks after you ship.
01 POSITIONING

A board-grade positioning study. From evidence you already own.

It normally takes a five-figure engagement and six weeks. Throughline builds it from your own call transcripts and closed-lost reasons: a win/loss diagnosis, the forces of progress behind every deal, and a verbatim bank of how your buyers actually talk.

See it on your own company, free. We run a positioning study on your business and walk you through it. If it is useful, we talk about the rest.

02 → 03 CAMPAIGN → EXECUTION

One brief. Every asset your buyers touch.

The positioning brief drives a team of ten specialist agents. They draft, research, analyze, and design. You stay the eleventh. Nothing ships under your name unattended.

Long-form and pages

Reports, blog posts, landing pages, and whole websites, all in your brand voice and traced to the brief.

Social and email

LinkedIn campaigns, nurture and outbound sequences, drafted and personalized from the one strategy.

NURTURE · ABM · OUTBOUND

Microapps

Calculators, benchmarks, quizzes, and ROI models, built on your content, HubSpot data, or a spreadsheet.

REAL ENGAGEMENT, NOT BAIT
Outbound sends where you already send it. We draft and personalize. Your existing stack delivers, through HubSpot Smartlead so nothing changes for your team except the volume and the quality.
PERSONALIZATION AT SCALE

Not {firstName}. The whole campaign, written for the person reading it.

Point at a HubSpot list and write a prompt. Throughline renders the whole campaign per contact from the one brief: the outbound sequence, the landing page it drives to, and the nurture that follows are all 1:1, in the same voice, for the same person. Pick a buyer and see a slice of theirs.

Personalized from contact.company.industry · employees_count · lifecycle_stage
Same brief, same voice, three different people. Outbound, landing pages, and nurture all render 1:1 per contact. One campaign becomes 2,041 versions of itself. Every URL writes back to a HubSpot property, ready for a workflow, a sequence, or a LinkedIn DM.
SALES ENABLEMENT · GTM ALIGNMENT

The same brief marketing ships from. Sales runs on it too.

Alignment stops being a meeting. The approved positioning becomes the sales team's talk track, their objection handling, and a buyer they can practice against until they are ready.

Talking points and proof

The messages to lead with and the claims you can make, each with the evidence behind it, assembled straight from the brief so it always matches the strategy.

Objection and rebuttal doc

The pushbacks this audience actually throws, drawn from your closed-lost reasons, with the rebuttal for each.

Buyer-persona cards

Who you are reaching, what they care about, and the language they use, so a rep sounds like they already know the account.

Practice-call scenarios

Briefed situations a rep can drill before the real call.

WHY IT'S SAFE TO SHIP

AI first draft. Human editor.

Your voice, not the default

Load one brand-voice file: examples, words you'd never say, how you spell things. Every draft runs through it before it is generated.

Nothing autopublishes

Approval flows and human reviewers on every output. Your name only goes on something a person said yes to.

Never trains on your data

Your content, voice files, and CRM data are never used to train any model, ours or our providers'. Contractually enforced.

Things people actually ask.

How do I start?

Apply for a free positioning study. We build the board-grade diagnosis on your own evidence and walk you through it, no cost and no obligation. If it is useful, we set you up on a plan the same week. You can also run the free AEO report right now, no signup.

What's a credit?

The unit we meter usage in. One credit is about one piece of generation work. A blog post is 15 credits. A personalized variant for one contact is 0.05. Every action shows its cost before you run it, and there are no hidden meters. If you run over your monthly credits, extra credits bill at your plan's overage rate.

Is there an annual plan?

Yes. Flip the toggle above the plans to Annual and you pay for ten months instead of twelve: two months free, a 16.6% discount ($9,000, $18,000, and $39,000 a year for Launch, Growth, and Scale). You are billed once for the year and get your whole year of credits up front on day one, a full twelve months in one balance (Growth, for example, is 18,000 credits) to use anytime across the year, rather than a smaller amount that resets each month.

How is this different from AirOps, Mutiny, or Tofu?

Mutiny is a website-personalization layer: it resolves a visitor to their company and swaps headlines, CTAs, and social proof on pages you already have. It lifts conversion on existing pages; it does not write the campaign, build microapps, drill your sales team, or measure AI search. Sales-led, annual contracts that start around $25k.

Tofu is the closest: an agentic demand-gen platform that writes and personalizes campaigns across email, ads, social, and landing pages, with brand-voice governance. Throughline goes further in four specific ways: it starts at a win/loss positioning diagnosis built from your own call transcripts and closed-lost reasons (not a brief you hand it), it builds interactive microapps on your data, it drills your reps against a synthetic buyer on real practice calls, and it closes the AI-search loop, re-measuring citation lift about three weeks after each fix.

AirOps is a powerful no-code workflow builder for SEO and content teams, with solid AI-search tracking. It is a toolkit you assemble; Throughline is the opinionated end-to-end system (positioning to campaign to execution) with per-contact personalization, microapps, and sales enablement built in, so you are not wiring pipelines yourself.

Throughline is the only one that starts at the positioning diagnosis and runs the whole loop: content, per-contact personalization (outbound, landing pages, and nurture, all 1:1), interactive microapps, sales enablement, deep HubSpot, and closed-loop AI search, all self-serve, at a marketing-team budget.

Comparisons reflect public information as of July 2026.

Does it do GEO / AEO?

End to end, not just a dashboard. It samples real engines daily, tracks citation and mention share against your competitors, turns every gap into a ranked opportunity with evidence, pre-briefs the fix into the agent team, and re-measures the lift three weeks later.

How does the sales side work?

The approved positioning brief generates the sales team's quick reference, objection and rebuttal doc, and buyer-persona cards. It also builds a synthetic buyer from the same brief, so a rep can run a practice call, get scored and coached, and work toward a simple bar: set four meetings across their last ten calls.

Do you sell my data or train on my content?

No. Your content, brand-voice files, HubSpot data, and generated outputs are never used to train any model, ours or our providers'. We pass a no-train flag on every model call. It is contractually enforced.
